Celebrating 250 Years of Opportunity

Happy Semiquincentennial, America!

For 250 years, the American Dream has represented the freedom to build a better life.

That dream has never belonged to just one type of person or looked the same for everyone. For some, it means stability and security. For others, it means independence, entrepreneurship, or creating opportunities for future generations.

This Fourth of July, a headline describing passive income as the “new American Dream” feels especially fitting. Passive income is money earned with little ongoing effort after an initial investment of time, money, or resources. It’s an appealing idea—but more importantly, it reflects a timeless American value: building something that creates greater freedom and financial independence over time.

While passive income may be a newer concept, the drive behind it is not. Since our nation’s founding, Americans have embraced the pursuit of opportunity, adapted to change, and worked to create a more secure future for themselves and their families.

In much the same way, my role is to help you protect the financial freedom you’ve worked hard to build, no matter what life brings.

If the article below sparks new ideas or questions, I’d be happy to talk through them with you.
