Miller CPA is located at 625 Massachusetts Avenue Second Floor Cambridge, MA 02139 in the WeWork building. Founded in 2017, Miller CPA has served hundreds of clients from many different backgrounds. Our team, Dave Miller – Founder/Accountant, Liam – Tax Associate, Krystal – Office Manager, Katerina – Tax Associate, and Elizabeth – Tax Associate, is intent on making sure we can manage those tough and unique situations. Our practice focuses on individuals and businesses with complex tax issues. Using our extensive knowledge and continued training we can provide exceptional service that will ensure we are doing everything the right way.
I am David Miller, and I am the founder of Miller CPA. I completed my undergraduate degree in Accounting at UMass Dartmouth in 2013. Then went on to get my Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Tax and Law at Bentley University graduating in 2015. The same year I also became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Before I started this practice, I had 2 years of experience in Cost Accounting, 4 years in Public Accounting, and 4 years in Corporate Tax at a Biotechnology company. Outside of work, I enjoy golf, boxing, and my wonderful dog, Juno. Juno is a Husky/German Shepard mix for those who are wondering 🙂
I’m Liam W. Millens, a Tax Associate at Miller CPA. I earned my undergraduate degree in Mathematics from the University of Vermont in 2021. As an Enrolled Agent and a Certified People Advisor for Gusto, I bring expertise and dedication to my work in tax and client services. Outside of my professional life, I’m passionate about sports—especially basketball, football, and rowing—and I enjoy spending time outdoors, embracing nature’s challenges and beauty.
I am Krystal Alvarez, and I started out in the restaurant industry, however I’m slowly falling in love with accounting. I spent the last two years working as an accounting clerk and am now the office assistant for Miller CPA. I have a dog named Toby who is 12 years old and the coolest guy around. I love reading, true crime, and all types of animals.
I am Kat Livaniou, a Tax preparer at Miller CPA. I have earned a BA in Economic Science from University of Piraeus and an MBA from City University of Seattle. I am studying for the Enrolled Agent Exam. I bring 15 years of experience with Big4 in Europe and the US through my commitment to providing exceptional tax services to clients. My main areas of expertise are Asset and Wealth Management, Corporate Tax provisions, Tax compliance and High Net Worth. Outside of my work responsibilities, I enjoy family, travelling and the beach. I have a dog named Mia who is a boxer beagle mix.
I am Elizabeth Ribao, a Tax Associate at Miller CPA. I have earned a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Florida International University, and am currently working on my second Bachelor’s, this time in Accounting from Western Governors University. Since 2013 I have been preparing tax returns and over the past 13 years have gained specialty experience in the following areas: tax resolution, international tax, bookkeeping, state and local tax compliance, and office administration. I have recently passed all my examinations to become an Enrolled Agent, and presently have my Annual Filing Season Program (AFSP) credential with the IRS, which grants me Limited Representation Rights to represent clients before certain IRS personnel. On a personal note, I love spending time with my teenage daughter, listening to audiobooks, sewing, and taking salsa classes. Cuban music is my absolute favorite! Since 2015 I have also been a volunteer Guardian Ad Litem for the 11th Judicial Circuit Court of Miami-Dade, where I advocate in court for the best interest of a child or siblings placed in the Florida child welfare system.
